We went on a nature walk around the school to see if we could find signs of Spring. We ticked off lots of signs on our checklist.

Seachtain Na Gaeilge

We had great fun the past week celebrating Seachtain Na Gaeilge in Room 5. We had lot’s of fun at our Céilí in the hall, we made lot’s of beautiful crafts and artwork.
We did a March around the local area too!
Congratulations to the boys that won the Seachtain Na Gaeilge art competition! And well done to all the boys that created beautiful pictures for the competition!
World Book Day 2022

We designed covers for our favourite books and discussed them on world book day! We read the story Guess How Much I love You by Sam Bratney, we discussed the setting, characters, and feelings in the story. We then sequenced the story. We enjoyed the story alot! 🙂
Pancake Tuesday

We learned all about the ingredients and procedure used to make pancakes. We listened to the story; The Runaway Pancake, and had lots of fun adding yummy toppings to our own pancakes, for Our Pancake Party!
