Aistear – The Farm

We had fun again with our Aistear theme for this month – The Farm. The boys at the Farm Shop were selling lots of food and customers were writing their shopping lists! We also created paper plate farm animals and played with our toy farm.

We had fun today doing our Maths stations. We tried some new games with dice and counters and did more work on patterns and counting.

GoNoodle is one of our favourite websites for movement breaks and transitions! We learn our Nursery Rhymes, songs and poetry while dancing and breaking a move!
We also love doing yoga and cooling down through meditation, stretches, sport minutes and growth mindset.

This week we started learning about Space and it’s been a blast! We learned about the Solar System, the stars and the galaxies.
We created the Solar System, our own Galaxy and constructed our own rocket! We are over the moon with our creations!
