This week we learned all about the Artist Kandinsky. He uses lots of bright colours to create concentric circles. Congratulations to our Artist of the Week Ben! Super colourful circles Ben!
We had a pumpkin festival on Friday to celebrate the harvesting of pumpkins in Ireland.
We used our 5 senses to describe the pumpkins, drew scary and silly faces on pumpkins and created our own scary pumpkins too!
After that we had hot chocolate to celebrate our busy morning!
Today we read another of our beloved Mr Men books: Mr Daydream! We couldn’t wait to paint him!
Fun in the sun with parachute games. In Room 1 we love to play outside with our friends. Look at these fabulous photos of the boys enjoying the sunshine at the beginning of September.
The boys in Room 1 love to play! We use games in school to help us learn. Today we played a phonics game to revise our final consonant blends.
We looked at the art of Yayoi Kusama and then we created our own pumpkins based on her work.
