We had a great day on Friday visiting Ashtown Castle. We had our lunch outside and then went to the playground before heading back to school!

We all enjoyed some delicious ice cream outside on Friday!

Today the we had a visit from the Garda Mounted Unit. We heard lots of information about the horses and what they do. We also finished the day with some refreshing Freeze Pops!

We had great fun during our soccer session for Active School Week! We did some drills and finished up with a match.

We enjoyed our Karate class today! We learned some interesting new moves!

We had fun making our own instruments and then using them when singing some songs!

We really enjoyed a visit from Farmyard in the Schoolyard and then we saw an excellent show called The Secret Garden.

We had great fun during basketball today!

A lady called Yvonne brought two lovely hedgehogs to our room today. We all got to pet them and Yvonne told us lots of information about these wonderful animals.

Our theme for Aistear in January was Homes. The boys played in a home corner and designed and constructed homes with blocks.
